<ul>
<li>2 1/2 ss Worcestershire sauce</li>
<li>2 egg</li>
<li>800g karbonadedeig</li>
<li>6 drypp tabasco</li>
<li>Himalayasalt</li>
<li>Chilipulver</li>
<li>Peppermix</li>
<li>Spisskumin</li>
<li>Koriander</li>
<li>Oregano</li>
<li>Basilikum</li>
<li>2 ts tomatpuré</li>
<li>2 fedd hvitløk</li>
</ul>
<p>Denne oppskriften gir 6 burgere!</p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Hiv karbonadedeigen, eggene og hvitløken..og, resten av oppskriften oppi en bolle! Smuldre og rør alt sammen med hendene dine(anbefales å bare bruke 1 hånd).</p>
<p>Hvor mye krydder skal du ha? Det spørs hva du liker.. Lukt på krydderne og finn ut hva du foretrekker. Hvis du ikke klarer det, kan du bare kopiere min oppskrift:</p>
<p>1/2 teskje med koriander, oregano og basilikum</p>
<p>2 teskjeer med salt og pepper</p>
<p>1 teskje med spisskumin og chilipulver</p>

<p>Del dette opp til 6 hamburgere, og flat de godt ut.. Lager du de for tykke vil det ta evigheter før de blir gjennomstekt, i tillegg til at hamburgerne &#8220;krymper&#8221; når du steker de.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Vi var litt skeptiske før vi skulle lage denne, siden ingen av oss liker tomatsuppe. Heldivis ga vi suppa en sjanse &#8211; og den var knallgod! Nå snakker vi så god at vi heller vil lage den enn å spise pizza, lasagne, taco ol. Og suppa er selvfølgelig veldig sunn!</p>

<p>Du trenger:</p>
<ul>
<li>1kg klasetomater</li>
<li>3 hvitløksfedd</li>
<li>2 gule løk</li>
<li>en halv kopp med flytende kokos/olivenolje</li>
<li>en kyllingbuljong</li>
<li>Himalayasalt og malt pepper</li>
<li>4 spiserskjeer med vita hvertgod smør</li>
<li>3 spiserskjeer med basilikum</li>
</ul>
<p>Dette er ikke nødvendig, men det gjør tomatsuppen en fullverdig rett! I tillegg til at det smaker utrolig godt ..</p>
<ul>
<li>1 avocado</li>
<li>2 kyllingfileer</li>
<li>4 stykker mager bacon</li>
</ul>
<p>Sett ovnen på 225 grader. Deretter:</p>
<p><strong>1.</strong>Skyll og del tomatene i to, skjær opp løkringer og hakk opp hvitløksfedd. Legg tomatene, løkringene og hvitløken på et stekebrett og hiv på en dash med salt og pepper. Hell oljen over dette. La det stå i ovnen til det blir gyllent &#8211; ca 20-30 minutter.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> Hiv tomatene, løken og hvitløken oppi en stor gryte. Tilsett kyllingbuljongen og smøret. Kok opp, skru ned varmen og la alt småkoke i 15-20 &#8211; slik at vannmengden reduseres og den blir litt tykkere. <img class="size-medium wp-image-18 alignright" title="IMG_3810" src="http://refitness.files.wordpress.com/2010/07/img_3810.jpg?w=300&#038;h=200" alt="" width="300" height="200" /></p>
<p><strong>3. </strong>Flytt gryta fra plata og tilsett basilikum. Bruk en stavmikser til suppen er jevn og fin.</p>
<p><strong>4. </strong>Ha i mer pepper og salt om ønskelig, og nyt suppen med stekte kyllingbiter, avocado og mager bacon!</p>
